This is a great opportunity to begin your dental career in an environment where you can gain hands-on experience, develop both clinical and administrative skills, and continue growing professionally. This position will primarily involve dental assisting and clinical responsibilities. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment before procedures. Take diagnostic dental X-rays and scans as needed. Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control procedures. Turn over and disinfect treatment rooms between patients. Maintain clean, organized operatories and clinical areas. Strong communication and patient-service skills. Reliable, organized, and able to multitask. Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment. Willing to learn, accept feedback, and continue developing professionally. Must be a team player and willing to cross-train. Schedule Office hours and scheduled days may vary depending on patient volume and the needs of the practice. Why Alta Mira Dental?
