This role runs chairside for the dentist across the care team's four operatories, trains the Tier 1 dental assistants coming up the ladder, and owns the pace at which the room turns over between patients. Digital workflow (intraoral scanning, in-house milling, 3D printing), standardized instrument setup across every location, and coaching from senior dentists on specialty procedures — so more scope stays in your hands instead of going out to referral. DANB CDA

credential (Certified Dental Assistant). Arizona Radiologic Proficiency Certificate. Coronal Polishing certification. Current CPR/BLS with AED. Two or more years chairside, including four-handed dentistry at pace. Comfortable coaching newer assistants. Location Growing communities across Arizona — new locations opening on an ongoing basis. Lead assistants who join get first look at options as the group expands.
