Innovation Dental is seeking a caring and dependable Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a busy, growing doctor owned dental practice with three doctors serving the Oro Valley community. Our office has many long-standing patients and team members, and we value building strong relationships with both our patients and staff. Our practice performs a wide range of dental procedures, and we are looking for someone who enjoys learning and assisting in many aspects of dentistry. The right candidate will be hard-working, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while helping ensure patients have a positive experience in our office. General Responsibilities Assist doctors chairside during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take dental radiographs Maintain accurate patient records Help ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for during their visit Qualifications X-ray certification (required) Previous chairside assisting experience (required) Experience with implants and CEREC is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment Compensation Pay will be based on previous experience, skills, and performance. Schedule 3 or 4 days
