Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled bilingual Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. Southern Dental is a well established Laveen dental practice offering a full range of dental services. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help ensure excellent patient care. Minimum one year dental assisting experience is required. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepare patients for dental work
• Sterilize dental instruments and tools
• Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene
• Maintain accurate patient records Skills include but are not limited to: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Familiarity with dental software
• Understanding of dental coding
• Knowledge of infection control

Must-have Skills:

• dental assisting
• 1 year
• bilingual English
• Spanish speaking Competitive pay starting at $22/hr + training and a full benefit package including health insurance, dental coverage, paid time off and holiday pay.
