Job Requirements :

Arizona X-ray certification BLS/CPS certifications (current)

RDA/CDA Qualifications and Experience:

Experience as a chair side Endodontic Assistant Well versed in OSHA and HIPAA guidelines Instrument sterilization Bilingual is a plus not a requirement
