•2:00 PM Some scheduling flexibility may be available for the right candidate. What You'll Do You'll become an important part of both the patient experience and the clinical team. Front Office Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression Answer phones and schedule appointments Coordinate daily schedules Review treatment plans and financial arrangements Collect payments Maintain accurate patient records Assist with patient communications Support marketing and practice growth initiatives Clinical Support Assist the doctor during patient appointments Prepare treatment rooms and equipment Help patients feel comfortable throughout treatment Maintain efficient patient flow Keep clinical areas organized and prepared What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience.
