Beverly Hills Dental Health & WellnessPay:
$38-$40/hour for highly experienced candidates
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional overtime
Location:
Beverly Hills, CA | In Person Beverly Hills Dental Health & Wellness is looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Assistant with strong experience in restorative, cosmetic, and complex dental cases. We are seeking someone who is calm, polished, compassionate, highly organized, and able to anticipate what the doctor and patient need before being asked. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RDA who wants to work in a high-quality, holistic dental practice where clinical excellence, attention to detail, patient experience, and personal initiative are highly valued. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has: A minimum of 5 years of RDA experience Strong restorative and cosmetic dentistry experience Experience assisting with larger or complex treatment cases Prosthodontic experience strongly preferred Experience with digital dentistry and scanning Strong temporary fabrication skills Experience with clear aligners Excellent understanding of dental materials and cements Strong clinical organization and attention to detail Confidence communicating with doctors and patients A genuine interest in holistic health and whole-body wellness Exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered at approximately $35/hour, depending on skill level. What You'll Be Responsible For You will be expected to take ownership of the clinical environment and help the back office run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing operatories completely and on time Anticipating the doctor's needs during restorative and cosmetic procedures Verifying that the correct materials, cements, and supplies are available before procedures begin Maintaining and organizing clinical inventory Monitoring supplies and preventing critical materials from running out Managing and tracking lab cases Following up on outstanding lab work and ensuring cases are ready for scheduled appointments Supporting digital workflows, scans, temporaries, and cosmetic cases Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Supporting sterilization and clinical organization Communicating potential problems early and presenting solutions whenever possible Helping the entire back office operate more efficiently Patient Experience Matters Clinical skill is only part of this position. We want an RDA who enjoys interacting with patients and understands how important the assistant is to the patient experience.
You should be comfortable:
