We take great pride in our practice and in the long-term relationships we have built with our patients and their families. Many of our patients have been with us for years, and patient satisfaction, quality of care, and treating every patient with kindness and respect are extremely important to us. We are looking for someone who shares these values, takes pride in their work, and understands that being an excellent dental assistant involves more than clinical skills. How we welcome patients, communicate with them, and make them feel comfortable matters to us. We want someone who will treat our patients with the same kindness, patience, attention, and respect they would give their own family. Required Clinical Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be comfortable and experienced with: Fabricating high-quality temporary crowns and bridges Intraoral scanning with digital scanners Digital X-rays and applicable certification Chairside assisting for restorative procedures, crowns, bridges, and other general dentistry procedures Preparing operatories and anticipating the doctor's needs during procedures Proper sterilization and infection-control protocols Efficient operatory setup and turnover Patient education and post-operative instructions Maintaining instruments, materials, and clinical supplies Performing all applicable duties within the scope of their license and certifications Applicants should be an experienced Dental Assistant (DA) or California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and have current CPR/BLS and other required certifications applicable to the position. Is warm, friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with people Understands that the patient's comfort and overall experience are an important part of excellent dental care Is dependable, punctual, and ready to work at the scheduled start time Has strong chairside assisting skills and can anticipate what is needed during procedures Is organized, efficient, and able to keep the clinical schedule moving smoothly Takes initiative and handles routine responsibilities without needing constant direction Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in doing things correctly Communicates clearly and professionally with patients and coworkers Is comfortable working with adults, children, and families Works efficiently without compromising the quality of care Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team Is willing to help wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly
Pay & Schedule Pay:
$30-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates.
Schedule :
Full-time, 4 days per week — Monday through Thursday This is a great opportunity for an experienced DA or RDA who takes pride in both their clinical work and the way patients are treated, and who is looking for a stable, long-term position in a quality-focused private dental practice.
