Job Description
Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant License (Preferred) X-Ray Certification Full Job Description Orthodontics is currently seeking an RDA to fill a full-time position in our beautiful practice in Castro Valley. Individual must be loyal, have a warm and kind heart towards patients, a genuine interest in helping others, kind to children, possess a funny and positive attitude, outgoing with lots of energy, professional, and the desire to join a team that is more like family. We believe in a family friendly environment not only to our patients but as well to our staff.
PRACTICE HOURS
Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays 8:00-5:00REQUIREMENTS:
- Ortho chairside assisting experience with a very strong desire and is passionate to make orthodontics their longtime career
- Current California RDA license highly preferred, but willing to consider a DA only if already pursuing an RDA license
- Current CPR certificate, X-Ray License, and Coronal Polish required
- Must know or willing to learn and perform all orthodontic RDA duties: Changing wires, reties, fitting bands, taking impressions, orthodontic adjustments, taking records, photos, setup and clean up, sterilization and any necessary lab work,
