Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly rate $24 - 27/hr Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Vacation and Paid Sick Leave 401k & 4% Matching Opportunity to participate in our monthly team bonus program! The position entails multiple responsibilities while enhancing the practice's culture and patient-first mentality that we deeply believe in. Our future colleague must have experience in dentistry and must be able to perform the duties described. •Required Qualification - At least 2 - 5 years of experience in a dental office setting/dental front office.•Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice. Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed. Assisting patients with filling out information forms. Preparing patients' charts and daily schedules for the dental staff. Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures. Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing reminders. Communicating with dental insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments. Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed. Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
