What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an Orthodontic Assistant (RDA/OA preferred) who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the office each day. license in CA X-ray certification CPR certification Orthodontic Assisting experience (preferred) Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal and patient care skills, with positive energy A self-starter who's motivated to learn and grow A warm, welcoming personality with the ability to build rapport with patients Comfortable with computers and quick to pick up new technologies Your Role Will Include (among other related duties): Taking records, thus being the first point of contact for new and prospective patients Assisting the orthodontist during patient exams and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow Assist with the use of 3D scanners for imaging and provide chairside support during treatments Educating patients on oral hygiene and treatment care Documenting patient treatment accurately and efficiently Building trust and lasting relationships with patients to ensure a top-notch experience
Pay:
$25.00 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
