Take and develop dental X-rays and 3D scans using advanced medical imaging technology while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Manage patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix, ensuring accurate documentation of medical history, vital signs, and treatment details. Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and supporting comfort through effective communication and empathetic service. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment by following infection control protocols and aseptic techniques aligned with healthcare infection prevention standards. Support dental reception duties when needed by managing patient management software, scheduling appointments, and coordinating patient flow efficiently. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and dental equipment to assist effectively during procedures.
