Monday-Friday | Clinic shifts may include 8 AM-5 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM; weekends as needed Registered Dental Assistant Opportunity AlliedUP Co-op is hiring an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join a large, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Fremont, CA . You'll work directly with dentists to provide high-quality dental care to a diverse patient population in a busy community health setting. What You'll Do Provide chairside assistance during preventive, restorative, and oral surgery procedures Prepare patients, treatment rooms, instruments, and dental materials Take digital X-rays for adult and pediatric patients Record medical/dental histories, vital signs, charting, and treatment documentation Take impressions and fabricate temporary crowns and bridges Perform coronal polishing and other procedures within California RDA scope of practice Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards Provide oral hygiene and post-treatment education Assist with referrals and follow-up appointments Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation What You Need Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license 2+ years of Dental Assistant experience Coronal Polishing Certification required California X-Ray certification/license required California Sealant Certification preferred Adult and pediatric dental experience preferred Bilingual skills a plus Why AlliedUP?
