Elevate Kids Dental is a Holistic private practice located in Fullerton, Ca. Dr. Bhullar is a board-certified Pediatric Dentist with over 15 years of experience in corporate and private practice. We are prevention based practice with a large focus on prevention and overall health and wellness through education and creating a supportive environment that is tailored to each patients needs. The Dental Assistant is a key member and contributor in creating an amazing, one-of-a-kind Patient Experience. Successful candidates will work in our world-class office, educating, engaging, entertaining, and caring for our patients. This person will lead/engage in all clinical aspects of the dental practice including operations, marketing outreach, scheduling, patient care, patient satisfaction, health and safety compliance, oral healthcare education, and overall performance of all clinical staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Champion Elevates High-Performance Culture Ability to communicate clearly with team and doctor - This is KEY! Maintain team accountability to office policies and procedures Dedicated focus to Patient Outcomes and Patient Experience Foster team collaboration, share information and ideas, and push team to innovate Work closely with the team to ensure the appointment board and the status of patients is optimized appropriately Take exam notes and ensure all record keeping is 100% accurate at all times Prepare exam and operatory rooms to be clean and ready to receive patient Setup trays and instruments for each patient Prepare, maintain, and sterilize instruments and equipment Clean rooms before and after each patient, and at the end of the day Clean the suctions and filter Collect and dispose of trash Take diagnostic quality X-rays Ortho experience is a huge plus!
Requirements:
Active CPR and AED training Sealant or PALS Certifications are all a huge plus! Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to undergo a background check in compliance with California law. Additionally, a post-offer drug screening will be conducted using methods that comply with current California regulations.
