4 days per week About the role: We are a small, close-knit practice where reliability and teamwork matter most. We need someone dependable, professional, and ready to jump in wherever needed to keep the day flowing smoothly. Responsibilities include chairside assisting during a variety of procedures, sterilization and infection control following OSHA and CDC guidelines, digital X-rays and charting, room setups and breakdowns, managing inventory and supplies, supporting front office as needed. Qualifications include minimum 5 years dental assisting experience, current DA or RDA certification as applicable. Reliable and punctual. Strong communication skills, team player, organized, calm under pressure.
