This position will report to the Assistant Operations Manager.
Pay range:
$27-$32/hr Job Responsibilities Assist in the development and training of Orthodontic Assistants and lead group trainings as necessary Explain treatment and tailor personal care education to the patient's needs Establish clear expectations for teammates around desired patient experience and respond promptly to customers' needs Support optimized schedules with effective open treatment calls on a regular basis with a goal of providing education to patient parent/guardians on the importance and urgency of their pending treatment Participate in Orthodontic Assistant interviews and performance evaluations Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc. Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children Minimum Qualifications Active certification that meets state requirements Radiology education and training that meets state requirements Previous orthodontic assisting experience Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to train and lead a team of Orthodontic Assistants Experience leading multi-dimensional, cross-functional tasks
