  • Punctual Professionalism, patience and kindness with children and adults Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating and draping patient Documents dental care services by charting patients record Take digital dental x-rays as needed for patient Assisting Dentist during examinations and treatments on patient, assist in suctioning and passing instruments as needed Preparing treatment rooms, sanitize after each patient use Sterilize instruments daily, ability to mix and make impressions on patients as needed Maintains dental supplies inventory, checking stock and ordering of all supplies All other needs of back office including the cleaning and sterilizing of back office and restocking for next days patients.
Dental Receptionist Answering of telephone and assisting patients and taking messages Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice Scheduling, rescheduling or canceling appointments as needed Assisting patients to fill out information forms Preparing patients' charts and daily schedules for the dental staff, updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed Performing general office duties such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, faxing, keeping areas clean and sanitized. Maintain patient waiting areas and sanitizing daily.
