• Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar efficiently
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns promptly
• Maintain patient records and update medical histories accurately
• Verify Insurance coverage details
• Handle billing and payment processing tasks
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area
