Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. Duties Assist the dentist during various procedures, including general dentistry and prosthodontics. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments. Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use. Manage infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with health regulations. Document patient medical histories and maintain accurate medical documentation. Utilize dental terminology effectively when communicating with patients and team members. Operate and maintain dental equipment, including 3D scanners, as required. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Skills Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques. Experience assisting in general dentistry procedures and prosthodontics. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy. Familiarity with infection control standards in a clinical setting. Ability to document medical information accurately and efficiently. Experience with 3D scanning technology is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
