About Us We're a small, well-established dental practice in Lake Forest, proud of the tight-knit, supportive team we've built. Our office runs on genuine teamwork — everyone pitches in, communicates openly, and looks out for one another and our patients. We're looking for an experienced RDA who values that same kind of collaborative, patient-first culture and is ready to be a long-term part of our team. What You'll Do Provide chairside assisting for a variety of general dentistry procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories according to infection control protocols Take and process dental X-rays Take impressions, place temporaries, and assist with restorative and other procedures as needed Maintain accurate patient charting and documentation Educate patients on post-procedure care and oral hygiene Help keep the schedule running smoothly and communicate effectively with the front office and clinical team Maintain inventory and restock treatment rooms and supplies What We're Looking For Active RDA license issued by the Dental Board of California Current X-ray certification Current CPR/BLS certification Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an RDA (required) Comfortable with a general dentistry patient base Experience with dental practice management software a plus Strong chairside manner and communication skills with patients and teammates A team-first attitude and genuine care about being a good fit for a small office environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Benefits — health insurance, PTO, sick leave, retirement, etc. Continuing education support Uniform/scrub allowance A stable, friendly, drama-free office culture How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note about your experience and why you think you'd be a good fit for our team.
