Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure smooth daily operations, assist with patient procedures, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful difference in patients' oral health journeys. Duties Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe and efficient workflow Assist the dentist during various procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, digital impressions, Invisalign, cerec, coronal polishing, and other treatments Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) following safety protocols Provide patients with post-treatment instructions and answer questions to promote comfort and understanding Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and treatment documentation Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out processes, and inventory of dental supplies Support infection control protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations Requirements Current certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) from an accredited program Strong Knowledge of dental procedures, sterilization techniques, and radiography standards Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent patient care and support Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs Prior experience in a dental office is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to improving oral health while advancing your career in dentistry!
Pay:
$28.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
