Job Description
Position Summary Celebrating Life Community Health Center is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support our dental providers in delivering exceptional patient care. This role assists with chairside procedures, radiography, infection control, patient support, and maintaining a safe, efficient clinical environment. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of general dental procedures. Prepare operatories, patients, instruments, and materials for treatment. Take and develop dental radiographs in accordance with California regulations. Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment while following infection control and safety protocols. Monitor, stock, and organize dental supplies and operatories. Support patients by answering questions, providing instructions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Complete clinical documentation, manage patient charts, and assist with basic administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with the dental team and perform other duties that support patient care and clinic operations. Qualifications Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License ( Required ) Current BLS/CPR Certification ( Required ) Bilingual (Spanish, Russian, Farsi) required . High school diploma or GED required ; accredited Dental Assisting program preferred. Previous dental assisting experience preferred. Experience with Dentrix and/or Allscripts is a plus.
