You have excellent interpersonal skills and a "how can I help?" mindset. Core Responsibilities Provide exceptional chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures (four-handed dentistry). Prepare, break down, and thoroughly sterilize treatment rooms and instruments. Take high-quality digital X-rays and impressions (digital scanning experience is a plus!). Cheerfully greet patients, review health histories, and provide clear post-operative and oral hygiene instructions. Maintain accurate electronic patient records and assist with basic lab or office tasks as needed.Qualifications & Requirements Certifications:
Valid Registered Dental Assistant License, active Radiation Health and Safety (RHS) license, and current BLS/CPR certificationExperience:
Previous experience in general or specialized dentistry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the perfect attitude!Skills:
Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental) and a quick typing speed. Dentrix is a plus!Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.What We Offer Competitive Pay:
