RDA is strongly preferred. Our office is looking for someone who is efficient, proactive, and attentive to patients , even during slower periods. We value someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative rather than waiting to be asked. What We're Looking For RDA strongly preferred Excellent patient communication and customer service skills Efficient and organized with good time management Confident and competent in your clinical responsibilities Proactive and able to anticipate what the doctor and team need Able to follow instructions and established office protocols carefully Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through Professional, positive, and team-oriented Excellent attendance and dependability are extremely important Schedule The number of working days can be flexible. We are willing to offer more days to someone who can consistently commit to their schedule. Please only commit to the number of days you can reliably work. Compensation Pay is based on experience, clinical skills, efficiency, and overall capabilities.
