Job Description

Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and treatments by providing necessary tools and materials. Prepare and maintain the dental clinic environment, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols. Manage patient records, including scheduling appointments and updating medical histories in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Take dental x-rays, polish, make temporaries, and more, if qualified to perform RDA/certified duties. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for patient management and record keeping. Qualifications Dental radiograph, coronal polishing, CPR/BLS certifications are a plus but not required. Some offices may be willing to train. Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, reliable with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced dental environment, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
