$26-$32 per hour, based on experience Join Our Dental Team We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing dental team. This is a great opportunity for an RDA who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment, supporting doctors, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. What You'll Do Assist dentists during a variety of general and specialty dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs Assist with impressions, digital scans, and other clinical procedures Review patient charts and ensure necessary materials are prepared Maintain proper sterilization, infection control, and OSHA standards Turn over and prepare operatories efficiently between patients Provide patients with clear instructions and a welcoming experience Monitor and maintain clinical supplies and equipment Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and other team members Help maintain an organized, efficient, and positive back-office environment What We're Looking For Active California RDA license Current CPR certification Previous dental assisting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Professional and positive communication skills Dependable, punctual, and accountable Ability to multitask in a busy dental office Comfortable working as part of a collaborative clinical team Commitment to providing excellent patient care What We Offer Competitive pay of $26-$32 per hour Full-time employment Monday-Friday schedule with some Saturdays Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities to learn new clinical skills Opportunities for professional development and advancement A growing organization where motivated team members can build a long-term career Employment Contingency This offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, including verification of employment history, education and other information relevant to the position and, where permitted by applicable law, a credit check relevant to the responsibilities of the position.
