Hollister, CA We're looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing private practice. Our office is a modern, technology-driven practice with a strong focus on implants, surgery, Invisalign, and comprehensive restorative dentistry. What You'll Do Assist with a wide variety of dental procedures, including implant surgery and restorative dentistry Prepare treatment rooms and maintain efficient clinical flow Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans Educate and support patients before and after treatment Sterilization and infection control Work closely with the doctor and team to provide an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and people skills Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new procedures and technology Team-first mindset Experience with implants, oral surgery, digital scanners, or Invisalign is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn.
