hours/week | Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Braces San Diego is looking for a dependable, organized Dental Assistant to join our orthodontic team. This is not primarily a chairside position . The role focuses on supporting the clinical team through sterilization, patient records, digital scanning, Invisalign workflow, 3D printing, and general office support. What You'll Do Sterilization and infection control Take facial/intraoral photos, X-rays, and CBCT scans Perform digital scans for Invisalign and retainers Upload records and assist with Invisalign case submissions, Vivera orders, and case tracking Use Ortho2 Edge for patient records and workflow Operate and maintain our 3D printer and fabricate Essix retainers Restock clinical supplies and help keep the office organized Assist chairside as needed and within your qualifications Help with phones and front office support when needed What We're Looking For Dental Assistant with previous dental office experience Current radiology, CPR, and infection-control credentials Organized, dependable, and comfortable with technology Friendly with patients and able to work independently Orthodontic, Invisalign, scanning, CBCT, Ortho2 Edge, or 3D-printing experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, likes working with technology, and wants to be an important part of the clinical team without spending the entire day chairside.
Pay:
$20
  • 25/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, approximately 27-32 hours per week Eligible full-time employees may receive PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k). There is also room to grow within the practice.
