We're searching for a Registered Orthodontic Assistant who is energetic, organized, team-oriented, and ready to bring great vibes to the office every day. What You'll Do Assist the orthodontist with patient care and treatment procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take and maintain accurate patient records, photos, and diagnostic information Assist with orthodontic procedures and appliance care Educate patients on orthodontic treatment, oral hygiene, and proper appliance care Help patients feel comfortable, confident, and excited about their smile journey Keep appointments moving efficiently while providing an exceptional patient experience Work closely with the orthodontic team to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For Registered Orthodontic Assistant with the appropriate credentials Positive, friendly, and professional personality Strong communication and patient-care skills Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a great attitude Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable learning and using dental/orthodontic technology Why You'll Love It You'll be part of a team that believes going to the orthodontist should be a positive, fun, and encouraging experience .
