•2:00 PM Compensation & Benefits $30.00 to $38.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term and long-term disability options Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan options Responsibilities Provide exceptional chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Assist with crown, bridge, implant, and restorative procedures Fabricate temporary restorations and provisionals Assist with full-arch provisional cases Take and process radiographs in accordance with state regulations Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency Ensure accurate documentation and patient records Deliver a positive and comfortable experience for every patient Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Qualifications Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license 7+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience required Strong experience with crowns, implants, provisionals, and temporary restorations Ability to fabricate temporary restorations and assist with full-arch provisional cases Current CPR certification Radiology certification required Experience with Dentrix preferred Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and Coronal Polishing certifications are a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Our Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced, dependable dental professional who combines strong clinical skills with a patient-focused approach.
