Dental Administrative Assistants!: We're partnering with local dental practices throughout San Mateo County and are actively building our network of talented Dental Administrative Assistants for upcoming opportunities. If you're passionate about patient care, thrive in a fast-paced dental environment, and enjoy keeping an office running smoothly, we'd love to connect with you.
What you will do:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.

Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments while maintaining an efficient office calendar.

Manage patient intake paperwork and maintain accurate electronic health and dental records.

Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage prior to appointments.

Process patient registrations, referrals, pre-authorizations, and other required documentation.

Respond to billing inquiries, collect payments, and assist with account reconciliations.

Coordinate communication between patients, dentists, hygienists, and office staff.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality.

Support daily administrative operations, including filing, scanning, data entry, and record management.

Maintain office supplies and assist with front office organization and workflow.

Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

Contribute to a welcoming, organized, and patient-focused office environment.
