This isn't a "check boxes and clock out" kind of role. This is for the RDA who walks into a room and the patient immediately feels safer. What you'll actually be doing here is working at the top of your license, every single day. Our hygienists are empowered clinicians. Our assistants are trusted partners. What we offer:

Compensation starting at $28-34/hr depending on experience,

What we need from you:

Active California RDA license. Two or more years of clinical experience. Someone who moves fast, communicates clearly, and takes ownership without being asked.
