Full-Time Dental Assistant — Monday to Saturday Full-Time | Santa Monica, CA We're looking for a reliable and experienced RDA or Dental Assistant to join our team in Santa Monica. Compensation Hourly Pay:

We pay hourly depending on experience, with consistent full-time hours and opportunities to pick up additional shifts across our offices based on performance and availability. Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and ensure a comfortable experience Assist the dentist chairside during procedures Take x-rays and impressions Maintain strict sterilization protocols and a clean operatory Monitor supplies and lab cases Complete daily, weekly, and monthly logs Call in prescriptions as directed Provide clear and accurate post-operative instructions Document clinical notes precisely and thoroughly Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental practice High School Diploma or GED (dental assisting certification preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental software Current Hep B , 8-Hour Infection Control Certification , California X-ray License , and CPR/BLS Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently on
