Job Description

Back to jobs New Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst Santa Monica, CA Apply We're building a new Enterprise Systems function within Business Technology, and we're looking for our inaugural team member to help shape it. This is not an IT support role. We want an "internal consultant"—someone who acts as the strategic liaison between Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Engineering, ensuring our technical solutions run efficiently today and scale for tomorrow. You'll own everything from configuration and documentation to architecting automations and integrations that solve the business's hardest technical puzzles. What You'll Do Be the
Strategic Partner:
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Engineering to translate business needs into technical solutions—proactively, not reactively. Own the
Systems Stack:
Administer and configure core business systems (ERP, procurement, expense management), manage integrations between them, and troubleshoot issues end-to-end.
Build & Automate:
Design and build automations and integrations (API-based and scripted) that reduce manual work across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.
Elevate Our Stakeholders:
Own testing, validation, and QA so business stakeholders only need to validate outcomes (e.g., GL impact), not test workflows.
Tackle Complex, High-Stakes Projects:
Move beyond maintenance into architecting solutions that scale 10x—particularly around order management, inventory visibility, and multi-channel fulfillment integrations.
Prioritize Ruthlessly:
Evaluate opportunities by asking where the friction is, how malleable the system is, and what value a fix returns to the business. Who You Are We value intelligence and intrinsic motivation over pedigree. You're a problem solver, whether the puzzle is people, process, or technology. A self-starter who never stops asking "why," and who seeks out best practices rather than waiting to be told. Energized by complex, ambiguous problems rather than steady-state maintenance. A "bilingual thinker" who can operate fluently at both the business and technical level. Someone for whom the unglamorous work (QA, documentation) gets the same care as the technical heavy lifting. Qualifications 3+ years bridging business operations (Finance/Accounting/Operations) and technology in a systems analyst, ERP admin, or business systems role. Hands-on experience configuring and administering ERP or adjacent business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, or similar). Experience building or managing system integrations (API-based, middleware, or custom scripting).
Preferred:
experience in eCommerce or an adjacent industry with multi-channel sales and distributed fulfillment - e.g., systems supporting inventory management, order routing, or fulfillment across multiple warehouses/3PLs and sales channels (DTC, wholesale, marketplace). Proven track record owning QA, validation, and documentation for technical projects, not just execution. Bonus Points NetSuite, Coupa, or Concur administration specifically SQL / database querying for reporting or troubleshooting Java or similar scripting/programming experience Experience with integration platforms or API architecture (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or custom
REST/SOAP
integrations) FIGS Compensation and Benefits Pay Range At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $100,000 and $115,000. We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp . How do you know if you have a disability? A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your "major life activities." If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability.
