Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. Whether you are an experienced assistant or a motivated candidate looking for a supportive environment to learn and grow, we will mentor the right person!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist chairside during a wide range of general dental procedures. Prepare, break down, and sanitize treatment rooms following strict infection control standards. Take digital X-rays efficiently and comfortably for patients. Handle instrument sterilization, equipment maintenance, and clinical setup. Deliver compassionate patient care, record treatment notes, and explain post-operative care. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily patient flow.

Qualifications:

X-ray Certification (California Dental Board approved) preferred, or willing to obtain. Current CPR/BLS certification. RDA license is a plus, but not required— we are happy to train the right individual! Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach. Dependable team player eager to learn and adapt to our practice's workflows.

$18.00•$22.00/hour

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (8:00 AM•5:00 PM), with opportunity to expand hours as our practice grows.
