The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in delivering high-quality services. This position requires proficiency in four-handed dentistry and a strong understanding of general dentistry practices, as well as familiarity with various dental systems. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques. Maintain accurate medical records and patient information within the clinic's systems, including Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care. Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure the clinic is well-stocked. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency. Perform basic laboratory tasks as needed, such as taking impressions or fabricating temporary crowns. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols within the dental clinic. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic setting is preferred. Familiarity with endodontics and Ortho is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate medical records and managing supplies. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
