Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with experience in Oral Surgery to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our general dentist and ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience for our patients. The candidate will also work with our part time oral surgeon on implant and extraction surgeries. Key Responsibilities Assist the general dentist on all cosmetic and general dental procedures. Assist the Oral Surgeon on oral surgery procedures, including implant surgery. Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and materials. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols. Take and process X-rays as needed and CBCT images. Provide patient education and post-operative care instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and charting. Manage and restock supplies in surgical and treatment areas. Create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification. Must have at least two years of experience. Previous experience in oral surgery is required . Knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques. Certification in X-ray and CPR. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
