Job Description

Your Responsibilities You will ensure excellent patient service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the Dentist's and lead assistant's shoulders. You will be focused on ensuring that the patients' needs, concerns, and questions are answered. You will help keep the patient relaxed and comfortable during their visit, being the patients go to resource during their visit which includes the following: •Previous dental assisting experience preferred - AT
LEAST 1 YEAR
•Welcoming patients to the dental office Preparing patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort Selecting and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sterilization and lab areas Sterilizing instruments according to regulations Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Take x-rays and CT scans Support lead assistants by anticipating needs and staying ahead of the schedule Keeping the dental room clean and well-stocked Reset and disinfect operatories efficiently Scheduling appointments and post op visits Maintaining accurate patient records As one of the essential members of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous dental assisting experience Xray Certification Experience taking CT scans Strong communication and multitasking skills A proactive, can-do attitude and team-first mindset Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
