We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visit. Position Overview The Dental Assistant will support the dentist during clinical procedures, maintain a clean and organized operatory, and help ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, and able to communicate clearly with both patients and team members. Key Responsibilities Chairside Assistance — Assist the dentist during procedures, passing instruments and ensuring patient comfort Sterilization & Infection Control — Maintain proper sterilization of instruments and operatory setup Patient Preparation — Seat patients, review medical history, and prepare them for treatment X‑Rays & Imaging — Take digital X‑rays following proper safety protocols (if certified) Charting & Documentation — Accurately chart treatment information in the practice software Inventory Management — Monitor supplies and restock operatories Patient Education — Provide post‑op instructions and answer basic patient questions Qualifications Active Dental Assistant certification (or equivalent experience) X‑ray certification preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Professional, positive, and team‑oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid time off and holiday benefits Supportive team environment Opportunities for training and growth Modern office with updated technology Schedule Full‑time Tuesday through
