The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. You will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about dentistry and eager to contribute to a team-focused atmosphere. Duties Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Take and develop dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Document patient medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and following up on visits. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Utilize 3D scanning technology for dental impressions when required. Support pediatric patients with a gentle approach to ensure a positive experience. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred . we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn. Familiarity with general dentistry practices, Experiencer as a dental receptionist is a plus and dentrix knowledge is plus Proficiency in medical imaging techniques such as X-rays is desirable.
