Full-Time | Experience Welcome, But Not Required Après Dental Haus is looking for a warm, motivated and dependable person to join our growing dental team in the heart of the Vail Valley. We are a small, modern, patient-focused dental practice where we believe dentistry should feel personal, comfortable and intentional—not clinical or rushed. We provide comprehensive and restorative dentistry, Invisalign, emergency care, TMD/TMJ treatment, and aesthetic services in a calm, welcoming environment. What we're looking for Most importantly, we're looking for the right person , not just someone with a résumé full of dental experience.

You should be:

Willing to learn and excited to develop new skills A strong team player Dependable, organized and willing to take initiative A strong communicator who enjoys working with people Warm, friendly and compassionate with patients Comfortable in a fast-paced but calm environment Detail-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Interested in growing within the dental field Comfortable learning technology and modern dental workflows Dental assisting experience is NOT required. We are willing to train the right person. Spanish-speaking is a plus! What you'll do Depending on your experience and training, you'll help with: Assisting Dr. Oliver during procedures Preparing and breaking down operatories Sterilization and infection control Taking dental X-rays Digital scanning and modern dental technology Patient communication and comfort Lab and laboratory case coordination Invisalign appointments and records Restorative and surgical procedures Keeping the practice organized and running smoothly You'll have the opportunity to learn modern, comprehensive dentistry in a small practice where you can actually become an important part of the team.
