The ideal candidate is confident assisting with a wide range of dental procedures, comfortable with digital scanning and X-ray/CT technology and committed to providing an exceptional experience for every patient. We are a seeking someone who can work efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent clinical standards, communication and attention to detail.
What you will do:
Clinical Responsiblities Assist dentists with restorations, implants, whitening, and other dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary instruments and materials are ready. Take dental X-rays and CT scans of the teeth and jaws as trained and permitted. Take digital impressions/scans for crowns, dentures, and other restorative procedures. Assist with intraoral scanning and maintain proficiency with digital scanning technology. Record medical histories and update patient/guest information. Chart existing conditions. Prepare and educate patients before the doctor's examination and treatment. Provide clear instructions and support to guests before, during, and after procedures. Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and treatment areas according to office protocols and applicable standards. Record medical histories and update patient/guest information. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate and complete patient records Monitor and manage dental supply inventory Ensure treatment rooms are properly stocked and organized. Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams. Perform other duties as needed to support the efficient operation of the office What We Are Looking For Previous dental experience required; expanded duty experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional, positive and dependable attitude. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy dental office. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
