This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who has a strong clinical dental background, knows how to lead a team, and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed. Our practice treats dental emergency patients in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment, so we are looking for a team-driven leader who can keep operations moving while providing an exceptional patient experience. What We're Looking For ✔ 3-5 years of clinical dental assisting experience ✔ Previous dental management experience or experience as a Lead Dental Assistant ✔ Current Radiology/X-Ray Certification required ✔ Strong experience with treatment plan presentation, patient education, and case acceptance ✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable ✔ Comfortable working chairside and stepping into clinical operations when needed ✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✔ Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment ✔ Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software preferred ✔ Must be dependable, team-oriented, and willing to lead by example ✔ Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, and into the evening as scheduled Key Responsibilities Oversee and support daily practice operations, staffing, scheduling, and patient flow Lead, coach, train, and support the dental team Present treatment plans and confidently educate patients regarding recommended treatment Support providers and team members in maintaining an efficient patient experience Step in chairside and assist clinically when needed Maintain accurate patient documentation and EMR records Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and sterilization protocols Oversee sterilization, spore testing, and waterline testing requirements Help maintain team accountability, communication, and a positive workplace culture Serve as a strong communication bridge between providers, team members, patients, and leadership What We Offer Competitive compensation Leadership and career growth opportunities Supportive, team-driven environment Opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing dental organization Fast-paced environment where no two days are the same If you are an experienced dental professional who can lead from the front, present treatment confidently, support your team clinically, and thrive in a fast-paced emergency dental environment , we want to hear from you.
