We're willing to train the right person. Our practice is growing, our team is getting bigger, and we're preparing to bring in our third endodontist . The last time we hired brand-new team members was in December 2024, and those two individuals have now grown into amazing endodontic assistants. This position is for someone who loves healthcare, loves serving others, and wants to grow in a fast-paced clinical environment. We are a busy specialty dental office where patients often need care quickly, the patient always comes first, and our team feels like family. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants to get into dentistry and grow into a clinical role. Training Path You'll start in the sterilization area , where you'll learn the foundation of clinical flow, infection control, instruments, room turnover, and how our team supports patient care. From there, you'll move through an internal training phase designed to help you grow step-by-step into a Dental Assistant role. We don't expect you to know everything on day one — but we do expect you to show up ready to learn, work hard, and improve. What the Role Looks Like Sterilizing instruments and maintaining equipment Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms Assisting during procedures, with training provided Supporting a team that moves quickly and works together What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Positive, team-first mindset Coachable and willing to learn Detail-oriented and organized Compensation & Growth $18-$21/hour starting pay Monthly bonus eligibility after 90 days Full-time, consistent schedule Growth into a Dental Assistant role Health, PTO, and additional benefits based on eligibility We're not a slow, routine dental office.
