We recently promoted our lead dental assistant into an office manager role, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant to step into the team. What you'll do: Engage with patients in a friendly and professional manor. Assist our doctors chairside during a range of general and cosmetic procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before and between patients Take and process digital scans and X-Rays. Support patients before, during, and after treatment, keeping them comfortable and informed Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Learn and operate our digital workflow technology including scanning patients and mastering our patient managment software (training provided) What we're looking for: 1+ years of dental assisting experience (required) Radiology certification (or willingness to obtain) A warm, patient-first attitude and strong communication skills Reliability, attention to detail, and a genuine team mentality Eagerness to learn new technology and grow clinically

Bonus:

experience with intraoral scanning, milling, or other digital dentistry tools.
