Position Full-Time Dental Assistant Compensation:

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications About the Position This position is focused primarily on traditional four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting . This is not an EDDA-focused position . The Dental Assistant will work closely with the dentist during a wide variety of procedures and will play an important role in keeping the clinical and back-office operations organized and efficient. Our practice provides comprehensive dental care, including: Restorative dentistry Crown and bridge procedures Root canal therapy Implant dentistry Oral surgery and surgical procedures Comprehensive general dentistry Complex restorative treatment We primarily treat patients age 16 and older . Primary Responsibilities Chairside / Clinical Provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance Anticipate the dentist's needs during procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Assist with restorative, endodontic, surgical, implant, and other dental procedures Maintain excellent infection-control and sterilization standards Prepare and maintain dental materials and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Provide a positive and professional experience for every patient Back-Office Management Monitor and maintain dental supplies and inventory Place and manage supply orders Keep the clinical area organized and properly stocked Assist with equipment maintenance and coordination of service when needed Help ensure that instruments, materials, and equipment are ready for daily procedures Take ownership of the overall organization and efficiency of the back office What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term member of our practice , not simply someone looking for a short-term position.
