We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented dental assistant who thrives in a patient-focused environment and is committed to providing exceptional care. Schedule 25-36 hours per week Compensation & Benefits $25-$35 per hour (based on experience) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Health Benefits Continuing Education Opportunities Career Growth & Advancement Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of general dental procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Perform expanded duties as permitted by Colorado regulations Assist with impressions, temporary restorations, and other clinical procedures Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to provide an outstanding patient experience Qualifications Current Colorado EDDA certification Current CPR/BLS certification Dental radiology certification Previous dental assisting experience required Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice Preferred Qualifications Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software Experience in a general dentistry practice Strong chairside assisting skills Digital radiography experience Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply What We're Looking For An experienced EDDA who is dependable, organized, and team-oriented Excellent patient care and communication skills Strong attention to detail and infection control practices A positive attitude and willingness to support the entire dental team If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive team and a practice that values quality patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
