Requirements At least 5 years in a dental office with experience as a dental assistant. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook Understanding of dental codes, documentation protocols and transcribing DDS conversations with patients. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, doctors, office team Able to confidently resolve conflict and find mutually beneficial solutions Preference Given Knowledge of Carestack Pre-existing leadership experiences Working experience in both the back and front office.
