We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is eager to learn, and is interested in a long-term opportunity to grow with our practice and team. Previous dental experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Responsibilities Patient coordination Setting up and turning over treatment rooms Sterilization and infection control Taking dental X-rays when appropriately qualified Performing intra oral scan and pictures uploading. Undertake lab tasks as instructed Chairside assisting. Trained for front desk, including but not limited to schedule appointments, maintain accurate patient records, insurance breakdown etc. Perform other related job duties as assigned. Skills Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Good computer skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable Fluent in spoken and written English Good computer and typing skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability and willingness to learn new clinical and administrative skills Requirements High School or equivalent Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate Dental X-ray certification is a plus; willingness to obtain required training/certification is expected We provide great coaching and a nurturing environment for personal and professional development.
