No orthodontic experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidate. We are a fast-paced, patient-focused orthodontic practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating confident smiles. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and are eager to learn new skills, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome and greet patients Prepare treatment rooms for appointments Take digital photographs and orthodontic X-rays Assist patients and help them feel comfortable during treatment Provide chairside assistance to the orthodontist Maintain accurate patient records and charting Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized workspace Support daily clinical operations and patient care What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow within the practice Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Full-time position Travel between our four office locations: Madison, Clinton, Old Saybrook, and Centerbrook Includes approximately 2 evening shifts per month and 1 Saturday morning per month Benefits 401(k) 401(k) Matching Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Time Off Employee Discount Uniform Allowance On-the-Job Training Safety Equipment Provided Why Join Child and Adult Orthodontics?
